Standard Shipping Policy
Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Please allow 1-3 days for your order to process. Once processed, it will take up to 3 business days to receive your package. For Amour Stride orders, you will have to sign for your package.
The Amour Collection is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or correct contact information for all shipments. If a package is considered lost or damaged please contact within 10 days from the last scanned date.
Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. The Amour Collection is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. The Amour Collection has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to fulfillment facility.
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for addresses order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
Order Cancellation & Changes
All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation request be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Your order will begin processing once you receive your order confirmation by email, at that point your order cannot be cancelled.

The Amour Collection will offer special promotions throughout the year. To take advantage of these promotions, please enter the promotional code during checkout. If the offer is valid, it will automatically be applied to your cart.
